 We are pleased to have Arden Gustafson |
Arden Gustafson is the pastor of the Nelson Covenant Church in Nelson, BC. He and his wife, Marcia, are raising their two great kids, John Erik, a senior in high school and Elena, in grade 6. He was born in Nebraska to a farm family an has a lingering love of all things agricultural. He has an M.A. in communications and attended North Park College studing international affairs/communications. Arden has served churches in Oregon and Norquay, Saskatchewan. He has also been a missionary in Congo and is presently on the Paul Carlson Partnership board.
His interests range from wilderness pursults to blaksmithing to carpentry to old trucks and tractors but his first love is Jesus and the people God has called him to serve.
AUCTION
This year we will continue the tradition of having a fund-raising auction. Proceeds will go towards Evangelical Covenant Church of Canada's ministry projects in both Haiti and Ecuador. Any donations particularly of arts, crafts, baking and preserves will be greatly appreciated.
ACCOMADATIONS are at the Hotel of the Rockies, #1 Silvertip Trail, Canmore, Alberta. If you want a glimpse of what they have to offer go to www.fourpointscanmore.com. Check in time is after 4:00 pm Friday, and check out time is 11:00 am Sunday.
